After contacting the establishment's management at contact@hotelrestaurantdumidi.com and failing to receive a satisfactory response, or in the absence of any response within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and procedures for referral are available on its website: http://www.mtv.travel.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, given the nature of the services provided. The contract is therefore concluded on a final basis as soon as the customer makes the booking, in accordance with the terms set out in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These terms of use are governed by French law. Unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions, any dispute concerning the content or use of the site shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
